To ensure my the service I provide through my business remains at a high and improving standard, I have a procedure through which you can let me know of if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with my business.

Timescale
I will take your complaint seriously and properly respond by acknowledging your complaint within 30 days.
I want to resolve any complaints quickly and I will investigate your complaint without undue delay – keeping you informed of my progress. I might need to get more information on the complaint, and I might contact you with specific questions.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint as I have dealt with it, please write to me to explain why.
If after I have responded your complaint, you remain unsatisfied we can decide together on any further steps to resolve the situation.
